  • Quote request form: name, email, company, project type, estimated budget, timeline, description. Transmitted by email and deleted after processing.
  • Cookies:
    • Consent cookie: cestra_cookie_consent
    • Analytics (if consented): _ga (Google Analytics 4).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing your request and making contact: Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures).
  • Analytics / SEO (via cookies): Article 6(1)(a) (consent).
  • Compliance with legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c).

4. Recipients

Data may be transferred to the following processors acting as sub-processors:

  • the email sending provider (O2Switch);
  • Google (Google Analytics 4), only if you consent.

5. Retention periods

  • Form data: transmitted by email and deleted after processing (time required for processing, then retained for legal obligations).
  • Cookie consent: up to 13 months.
  • Google Analytics 4: _ga cookie (default: 2 years).
